Arena league football

Went to the American Airlines center on Friday night to take the kiddo to see some Arena league football. No, the kid doesn't care, but the tickets were free, and the kid likes to people watch. We walk in and the first thing I notice is the first thing I notice every time I go to AAC....strippers. It doesn't matter what the event, the AAC always looks like a stripper convention is in town. For I moment I worried that I would come home covered in glitter, and with a pocket stuffed full of atm receipts.

As for the game, it was wild ass as you would expect. Points are scored on every third play, and the atmosphere is more like wrestling than football. They play music in between everything, and the flags, and timeouts are sponsored. TD, C & C music Factory..wait Carter eye center flag on the play...penalty declinded..TD..Wiseguys start a commotion....td house of pain..TD...Mambo number five...TD who let the dogs out...Hooters time out.
